Our selection process is:
1. Sending a resume
The selection process starts with your resume. You can fill out the form on our website or send it by email.
Here's what's important to point out:
• Your achievements (completed projects, work results);
• Key skills, relevant positions;
• Experience with technologies or tools that may be useful in the position.
The more accurately your resume reflects your skills, the better your chances of moving on to the next stage!
If we are interested in your resume, we will contact you via Telegram or email to arrange an interview.
If your resume fits, we'll invite you to a meeting with an HR manager. This is more than just a conversation:
Tip: Prepare your questions in advance! An HR manager will answer your questions, tell you about the company, team and approach to work.
3. Technical interview
At this stage, we assess your professional knowledge. This may include questions, tasks, or cases that will help you demonstrate your approach to solving real-world problems. We'll also tell you what you'll be working on so you know if this position meets your expectations.
The final stage is a meeting with your future manager. This is an opportunity to discuss details:
Have you completed all the stages successfully? That's great! We will immediately send you an official offer and agree on a release date. You won't be left out: our onboarding process will help you get started smoothly.
