At IOTA, we value your time, so the selection process is designed to be as convenient, honest and understandable as possible. Each stage helps us get to know you better, and helps you get to know our team and understand why IOTA is the place you'll want to work in.

Our selection process is:

  • Simplicity and convenience: Everything goes through Google Meet, without unnecessary complications. A maximum of 4 stages.
  • Honesty: We always give constructive feedback after each stage.
  • Speed: You will get a solution quickly, without weeks of waiting.

How does the IOTA qualifier work?

1. Sending a resume

The selection process starts with your resume. You can fill out the form on our website or send it by email.

Here's what's important to point out:

• Your achievements (completed projects, work results);

• Key skills, relevant positions;

• Experience with technologies or tools that may be useful in the position.

The more accurately your resume reflects your skills, the better your chances of moving on to the next stage!

2. HR interview

If we are interested in your resume, we will contact you via Telegram or email to arrange an interview.

If your resume fits, we'll invite you to a meeting with an HR manager. This is more than just a conversation:

  • We'll learn about your experience, goals, and motivation.
  • You will learn about our company, its values and what to expect from working at IOTA.

Tip: Prepare your questions in advance! An HR manager will answer your questions, tell you about the company, team and approach to work.

3. Technical interview

At this stage, we assess your professional knowledge. This may include questions, tasks, or cases that will help you demonstrate your approach to solving real-world problems. We'll also tell you what you'll be working on so you know if this position meets your expectations.

4. Final interview

The final stage is a meeting with your future manager. This is an opportunity to discuss details:

  • The structure of the work.
  • Team interaction format.
  • Your prospects for growth and development at IOTA.

Have you completed all the stages successfully? That's great! We will immediately send you an official offer and agree on a release date. You won't be left out: our onboarding process will help you get started smoothly.

How do I prepare for the selection?

We want you to feel confident, so here are some tips:

  • Learn more about the company. Visit our website or LinkedIn page. Find out what projects we are implementing and what values are important to us. This will help you ask the right questions and show you're really interested.
  • Please update your resume. Make sure it contains up-to-date information about your experience, achievements, and skills.
  • Be ready for a dialogue. We value live and open communication. Ask questions and share your expectations and thoughts.
